Defective Products or Shipping Issues

If you encounter a problem with your product, please email us pictures of the issue. For items that have broken or spilled during shipping, these pictures help us send you a replacement quickly. Once it has been reviewed and accepted, we'll ship out a replacement as soon as possible. If there’s any delay, such as the product being out of stock, we’ll reach out to you to arrange alternatives or provide a refund.
